Students celebrate their day and ratify their duty with the country

The unforgettable stage of life is undoubtedly the student, the one that opens before the eyes, imposes challenges, advocates a better world and calls for commitments that help grow as human beings.
This November 17th, 2016, hundreds, thousands of frisky faces in the largest of the Antilles take their lives by storm to honor the young Czechoslovakians who in 1939 in Prague raised their voices against fascism.
The story clings again and again not to forget that memorable event, sad, full of patriotic love, full of passion for the right that every man has to live in freedom.
This Thursday of remembrances, the schools are transformed into trenches, the scenarios are filled with the joy of the Cuban students and the world, who say NO to war, yes to peace.
Being students of these times means tomorrow's voice. Being students of these times in Cuba, represents perseverance, humility, effort, battle, confidence, dreams. In the scholars of the nation of solidarity par excellence and firm by conviction, there is a feeling of fairness, and is that the generations that preceded it were able to bequeath to posterity high doses of altruism and solidity in ideas.
Each precept is designed without stains; each drawn measure guarantees full equality, autonomy enjoyed by the students of the island, kindly surrounded by sea, resistant and unshakable, where past history, present and future, becomes the masterful educator who has as classroom to the world and disciples to humanity.
The Cuban students, from the Cape of San Antonio to Punta de Maisí, enjoy the satisfaction of celebrating their day in a vigorous and engendering land that, as Fidel affirmed, the historical leader of the Revolution believes in young people and believing in the young is to believe also in the students, who sing, have fun, educate themselves, build up and are ready to conquer the future.
