Much pain is felt to know that you have departed that journey without return, that pain emanates from the hearts that learned to love you, to follow you, to love and to respect you until your last breath. All who admire your example feel part of the family, that is why you are treated and in that coming and going of open words again and again reborn faith that children, young and adults, you insult.

It is you and you will continue to be the one who lavish the most human feelings, it is you and you will continue to be the father of eleven million children who radiate light from their souls, that light that will illuminate your face in the sky because the ideal you forged opted for being a beacon and transformed into heaven.

You are and you will remain the man who harbored with hope to the poor, are and will remain the perfect speaker, best of all, who bravely faced the most difficult races, you are and you will remain the giant of Cuba, of all America , which cries to you today without sure consolation that in every tear your immortality is sealed, tears that moisten the earth, yes, the same one that you have so many times defended in a cloak and a sword to guarantee that future that as always dreamed can be better.

Remembering your history would be a vain attempt to speak, because your history is Cuba, it is that breath of peace and reverie, it is that enduring magic capable of transfiguring everything that touches into gold.

The word remember doesn’t  fit in this inevitable end, because you'll live in the grateful country, in the smile of children, the dedication and commitment of the most experienced today and always revere your step. Here you are, energetic as in the Moncada, cautious and combative as in Girón, intelligent and foresighted as in the Granma yacht expedition, loving, tender and pleased with those who know how to love, enthusiastic before the new generation, committed to your people always in Revolution.

Your name Fidel Castro Ruz will rumble in the universe, simply because you were born to be ETERNAL.
