Forever Fidel

I will not talk about goodbyes, I refuse to do so. I'm not ready to talk about Fidel's death, and I will never be.

I want to invoke the Man-Country, the Man-People, the Man-Revolution, and feel him alive among his people. I want to see him point his index unreleased to mark the course of history; I want to hear him like this, endlessly, because there is no word left in him; I want to discover myself once again in his future look, posed in the confidence of victory; I want to see him smile, grateful for life, for giving so much human work dedicated to others.

And who is going to tell me that no more, that I will not be able to do it? Fake dreamers those   who think he will no longer be among us. Now each of us is the Commander in Chief.

FIDEL. Just by saying your name, all fears dissipate, and feeling Cuba in the chest makes us bigger and stronger. You left us a country and we'll do ours, you have marked the steps and we will continue the way. Today I do not want to cry: I want to feel and live as a nation!
