Havana, Sep 4.- Cuban medical services will participate in a health and quality of life tourism event scheduled for September 12-15 in Foz do Iguazu, Brazil, according to official reports today.
The report of the Cuban Medical Services, released in this capital, added it is a meeting under the slogan The Energy of Water, and will take place in that region of the State of Parana, with the 18th International Fair of Thermal Tourism, Health, Well-being and Quality of Life.
The statement also states that in this opportunity, Marketing Company of Cuban Medical Services, S.A., will present its offers of medical, health and quality of life programs to the international market.
The portfolio of opportunities for foreign investment based on the development of the hotel infrastructure of the Therapeutic Spas on the island, and the academic potential in postgraduate Medical Hydrology are some of the topics Cuba will take to the event.
In this context, there will also be the presentation of The Water Route in Cuba, a new proposal designed by the Marketing Company along with the Ministry of Tourism (Mintur) of this country.
The service offers the tourist the benefits of the thermal and mining medicinal resources, scientifically certified in the Island, and guarantees the attention of health professionals.
That statement insists this is a route with a high ethical-humanistic sense and with the scientific achievements of the Cuban Public Health System available to travelers.
