The third Sunday of June, it is celebrated in Cuba the Father´s Day, significant date to honor those beings who like mothers, are also essential in the processes of birth, growth and development of the new man who will forge the future.
Only a few days are left to celebrate the International Children's Day, a celebration where children play, have fun and appreciate the good fortune to live in Cuba. Of course, in Guáimaro, the easternmost municipality in the province of Camagüey, they, yes, those the teacher José Martí always said, are and will be the hope of the world, are ready to celebrate by all the stop in day care centers and educational institutions the most angelic of the celebrations.
Walking through the wide corridors of the school from the primary education Joaquín de Agüero y Agüero, in Guaimaro, not only awakens in me the remembrance, yes, I studied there from first to sixth grades, there I learned to read and write, I learned to love José Martí, the teacher, and now that I am an adult, he continues to amaze me.
