Feb, 2015.- The local Ricardo Alcibiades Carmona Hernandez, Doctor of Education and Bachelor of Mathematics not only possesses virtues that exalt him, but also is devoted  to study, to  better himself professionally up  to the point of saying that he still has much to learn.

For many years, Carmona Hernandez, assumed responsibility for leading the local Sports University, in the easternmost region of Camaguey province, commitment to which he humbly responded. About this great initiative by the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution, he says: "Higher education of Physical Culture starts in 2003 with 39 students from Camagueyan municipalities Guaimaro, Najasa and Sibanicu".

"Registration and the number of people interested in registering to this new pedagogical model gradually increased.  Different postgraduate courses were opened and the master’s degree:  'Research on Physical Culture Teaching' with students from Las Tunas, Sibanicu, Najasa and Camaguey. Nowadays, local sport counts on graduates trained at the local university, young people that affirm the greatness of the Cuban educational system. "

Tutor of several master's thesis,  prophet who has known how to face adversities and battles, he represents the intellectual man  who sees work as a profitable gift, the gift that can gratify hours of preparation, of tireless research, effort that allowed him to get the Doctor of Education degree.

About his professional training, the inspiring figure of this page says: "I spent several years working as a teacher, then at the Municipal Directorate of Education in Guaimaro. I took postgraduate courses, and passed MA in Educational Research. After that I entered the curricular doctorate at Jose Marti Higher Pedagogical Institute of Camaguey province and after five years I discussed the thesis to reach that level in the Faculty of Physical Culture because I already worked there. I discussed my thesis in front of an examining board from Santiago de Cuba province authorized to grant the Doctor of Science degrees ".

Behind an exceptional man, there is a great scholar, a great researcher.  A great master who knows how to make friends.  Ricardo Alcibiades Carmona Hernandez, instructs, strengthens and with his unconditional dedication validates the phrase: "Knowledge is not enough; we must put it into practice. Willingness is not enough: we need to implement it ".

Feb 18, 2015.  - A humble man works as a gardener. His shyness betrayed nervousness at the time of the interview. He is, Juan Mendoza Martinez, from Granma province, born in Bartolome Maso municipality on January 27, 1959, and when he reached 25 decided to move to Guaimaro municipality, where he currently lives.
