Central Italy Shaken by Three Earthquakes in One Hour.Rome, Jan 18.- Central Italy was shaken today by three earthquakes, two of the them with a magnitude of 5.3 and the other of 5.4 within an hour, between 10:25 and 11:25, local time, the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (NIGV) informed.

The earthquakes, perceptible for several seconds in Rome, occurred in the area that was devastated in 2016 by three telluric movements.

Up to now, there are no victims or huge material damage reported. Only small collapses were reported in Amatrice and Accumoli, two of the hardest hit localities by the earthquake of August 24 last.
