In order to prolong the life and improve the quality of life of these elderly people, qualified personnel from public health remains in the institution 24 hours a day to provide the necessary service.
It should be meant the work done by the comprehensive assistants also, they not only take care of the disabled and physical limited elders but help with bathing, feeding and dressing to any of the elderly who require their help.
Eight seniors attend at day hours only to Villa Feliz Seniors´ home, modality that includes people living with relatives that are away for employment purposes at that time; they are treated with the same love and dedication from all staff.
Twice a week the workers of the National Institute of Sports and Recreation (INDER) develop recreational sports activities with elders from Villa Feliz nursing home, thereby contributing to strengthen their physical and emotional state.
