During the 2014-2015 school year, 50 local educators supported elementary, primary and secondary education in the municipalities, Camagüey, Najasa, Sibanicú, as part of the claim made by the Ministry of Education to fill vacancies.
Some of these teaching professionals return to the territory in the coming year, but others continue their charitable work not only in Camagüey regions, also in the capital, Havana.

The territory has 175 educators who in the next five years reach the age of retirement, for that reason the arrival of students to teaching careers, especially in technical areas must continue.
This explains the call made to young graduates and graduates in the last three years, to be incorporated into the classrooms in José Martí Teachers College in any of the subjects and specialties from pure science for the next coming school year.
