A large and incessant constructive movement based on the attention to man materialize the members of the Ministry of the Interior (MININT), with the financing and the integral supply of the resources by the own organization in the province and the country.
This action is concretized mainly in the construction of comfortable housing for members of MININT, from which only in the Sandino Division, in the capital of the municipality, 28 were completed in the last three years.
In that neighborhood, six houses were handed over last year and now three others are being executed, highlighting the contribution of future owners and some inmates who have been sentenced to correctional work without internment.
The construction of these homes is a task that has been carried out in the territory for several decades, as part of the policy to protect members of MININT and their families, without the beneficiary having to pay for or manage the materials to be used in those Residential properties.
All the houses were made with solid walls, aluminum carpentry in doors and windows, the vast majority of the roofs are galvanized zinc and to a lesser extent cast with reinforced concrete, besides being distinguished by its high comfort and the exclusivity of each model.
