Local CDR members perform an action plan in salute to the International Women's Day, to be celebrated next upcoming March 8 worldwide.
In the zones and CDRs of the easternmost region of Camagüey, there are exchanges with member of the directive boards of the organization, political and cultural activities designed to recognize the female founders of the largest mass organization in the country.
The debates highlight details related to the work of the Federation of Cuban Women (FMC), the experiences accumulated in the different delegations, not forgetting those acquired in the main tasks carried out in support of the Revolution and the achievements of 58 years of full independence.
The squad committees, united with the FMC's base delegations, join forces and demonstrate their deep conviction to comply with the Revolution concept, presented by the undefeated and forever immortal leader Fidel Castro Ruz, on May 1, 2000, in the Plaza of the Revolution José Martí, in Havana.
Encounters of generations, talks, contacts aimed at enhancing the work of women, especially the Cuban Guaimareña stand out in the broad plan of activities already launched with the aim of attesting to the value of the Marti’s phrase asserting: "The whole Country is in the woman: if she fails we die: if she is loyal to us, we exist"
CDR members and women merge and overflow enthusiasm in the cleaning days in the blocks to beautify the environment, take care of everyone's health and wait for March 8th on the International Women's Day convinced that there will be many more manifest successes in the battle of ideas and in the consolidation of Peace and Socialism.
