The process of discussion of the plan and budget for the year ‘2020’ will take place in all work places from this month until February, which represents a momentous moment for the trade union movement.
At the time of carrying out the analysis, each working group must keep in mind the current economic situation of the country, limited by the real resurgence of the US government's economic blockade, the union leaders pointed out.
In this sense, everything related to the fulfillment of the purposes demanded by the economy and the measures to strengthen the socialist state enterprise and savings is a priority.
In each assembly it is of vital importance the materialization of the proposed objectives, aimed at reaching the commitment of the members of the groups with the fulfillment of the plans.
In the words of the managers, it is also necessary to promote the real participation and contributions of the workers in the debates on economic management, maintain the increase in production, services and efficiency.
The analysis, after checking the previous agreements and the report presented by the highest administrative leader, should focus on the following questions: how are we going to comply with the Plan? What will be the strategy or behavior for it? What are we going to do? to produce, export and how to reduce imports? And what are we going to save and do to meet social demands?
The evaluation and behavior of the Plan and the Budget each month will be an expression of trade union democracy and an effective way of leading and conscious participation, in the main scenario: the assembly of members and workers.
