Guaimaro, Sept 29.- This Tuesday, Cuba experienced a different morning. In the largest island of the Antilles, the new generations, happy and enthusiastic, staged the eagerly awaited and well- received day of elementary students’ elections, where they ratified once again to look with optimism and confidence because their dreams are renewed and their commitment to the future is increasingly promising.

Three young Cubans left from the Lighthouse Punta de Maisi in order to star in the third expedition organized by the Jose Marti Cultural Society. Last August 25th, three young Cubans left from Punta de Maisi Lighthouse, in order to star the third expedition organized by the Cultural Society José Martí, on behalf of the commemoration of the 120 years of the invading quest directed by Gomez and Maceo for the necessary war.

Roads repairs make progress in Guaimaro

Guaimaro, Sept 28.-This municipality advances in the repair of streets and roads to dairies, in order to respond to more than 300 concerns of the inhabitants and contribute to the socioeconomic development of the area.
