Newark-on-Trent, United Kingdom, Sep 6.- Colombian cyclist Fernando Gaviria, a member of the team Quick-Step, won the fourth stage of the Tour to the UK with 3:43.31 hours.
Gaviria won the final sprint over the leader of the Tour, Italian Elia Viviani (Sky), and Norwegian Alexander Kristoff (Katusha-Alpecin), after 165 kilometers between the towns of Mansfield and Newark-on-Trent.
With this victory, the South American was placed in the third position of the general classification with six seconds of difference from Viviani, that boasts 17: 38.05 hours.
The fifth stage, an individual time trial of 16.2 km, with departure and finish in the region of Tendring, will be run on the following day.
