In system operations, approximately 87 contracts have been recorded, all focused on providing solutions to the country's needs as it works toward the progressive transformation of its energy matrix, which is currently dependent on fossil fuels.

Virgen María Guerra Pérez, Legal Advisor of RENOVA, stated to the Cuban News Agency that given such results in 2025, one of their most important goals for the current year is to become the main provider of photovoltaic solutions with storage for small and medium-sized industries.

“We participate in the installation of such equipment in various state-owned enterprises, businesses, and the residential sector, and we continue with large projects,” Guerra Pérez said.

She added that these actions present a constant challenge for the entity, while also mentioning ongoing initiatives with the national management teams of Transtur, Emprestur, and others linked to tourism, a key sector of the national economy.

Likewise, she affirmed that they have a special client in the Office of the Historian of the City of Camagüey, which promotes urban development through renewable energies, in addition to the sugar sector and private entities with growing needs.
