Oklahoma seeks 16th consecutive victory in the NBA.

Washington, December 10 - The Oklahoma City Thunder will try to extend their winning streak to 16 consecutive victories in American basketball when they host the Phoenix Suns today in the NBA Cup.

The current reigning champions of the competition, the Thunder have tallied 23 wins (15 in a row) and only one loss in the 2025-2026 season, with an undefeated 11-0 record at their home court, the Paycom Center.

OKC, today in the context of the NBA Cup, has a high chance of winning this game, as their home unbeaten streak is complemented by a series of seven consecutive wins against Phoenix, whom they have not lost to since April 2, 2023.

If they secure the victory, the Thunder would have set an all-time franchise record for consecutive wins.

The other game scheduled for this day is between the Los Angeles Lakers and the San Antonio Spurs.

The day before, Orlando defeated Miami 117-108, and New York edged Toronto 117-101.
