Havana, Dec. 1 - The airline Cubana de Aviación announced today modifications to its route schedule due to an increase in the frequency of domestic air operations.
In a post on its official Facebook profile, it explained that customers who previously booked tickets and are affected by the new itineraries should go to the company's sales offices to request a refund or date change, depending on availability.
It also confirmed that ticket purchases can be made through the official website www.cubana.cu and at the airline's sales offices, with payment available in cash or digitally, based on prices established in Resolution 346/2020 of the Ministry of Finance and Prices.
In this regard, Cubana de Aviación reiterated that the aforementioned official channels are the only ways to book tickets and that it is not responsible for tickets purchased through third parties.
The company also apologized for any inconvenience caused and reaffirmed its commitment to safety and quality of service.
