A worker at the El Patio Unit in Guáimaro, he treasures the magic of putting into practice the popular saying: “The doors of the place where I work are always open for you, for them, for everyone.”
Recognized for his tireless work, Camilo leads the list of the most outstanding in his craft. Full of honor for defending the colors of the easternmost of the Camagüey territories, each recipe made by his hands satisfies the most diverse tastes.
In the aroma of his creations is drawn the fertility of the land he inhabits, but above all the nobility of a community marked by a culture of the heart.
