Guáimaro, April 1st – The Municipal Directorate of Justice in the easternmost region of Camagüey is strengthening in 2026 a series of actions aimed at providing proper legal advice, with full compliance to the law, and a service characterized by quality and promptness.
Among the main challenges for the professionals in this sector is achieving greater sensitivity and agility in dealing with people, in order to avoid mistakes that cause understandable dissatisfaction and complaints among the population.
This demand on work teams must be accompanied by ethical principles and distinctive values of public servants, such as impeccable conduct, incorruptibility, honesty, and diligence, the Guáimaro professionals pointed out to the local press.
At the national level, data from the Civil Registry are being digitized through a platform designed to include the information contained in more than 90,000 volumes across the country, dating back to 1885 and, in some cases, to shortly before that year.
Results are also being seen in the Property Registry, with the objective of making procedures more accessible and feasible, although the indispensability of proper professional conduct combined with technological transformations is continually emphasized.
Among the work projections are also the technical, ethical, moral, political, and ideological training of those who work in the field, as well as improvements to the systems for recruitment, selection, retention, attention, and training of workers, in a region that takes pride in being the birthplace of constitutionalism on the Island.
