Guáimaro, December 3rd - Right at the junction that connects the land of General Vicente García with the eastern part of Camagüey, the delivery of the flag to the Agramontina province was held for the 65th Anniversary of the National Association of Small Farmers (ANAP).

Attending the event were Alexander Masagué Álvarez, First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) in Guáimaro; Yelenis Saavedra Tamayo, President of the Municipal Assembly of People's Power; Diugmel Jiménez Peña, President of ANAP in the territory; along with other guests.
The route of the delegation carrying the peasant banner included the division between Las Tunas and Guáimaro, Constitución Park, and the Javier de la Vega Agricultural Production Cooperative (CPA).

The transfer of the flag for the 65th Anniversary is part of the tribute activities to the organization and symbolizes the commitment of the farmers to the economic and social development of the region and all of Cuba. (Photo courtesy of the author)
