Florida, January 16th. — This Friday, January 16th, at four in the afternoon, a massive Revolutionary Reaffirmation event will take place at José Martí Park in the municipality of Florida as part of the Cuban people's tribute to the 32 fallen fighters in the confrontation against the imperialist aggression toward the Venezuelan nation.
On this occasion, the people of Florida will pay tribute to the commitment and courage of their compatriots who sacrificed their lives defending the integrity of the sacred soil and the dignity of the homeland of Bolívar and Hugo Chávez.
The event will also serve to reiterate the demand for freedom for President Nicolás Maduro Moros and his wife, First Fighter Cilia Flores, who are held captive by the United States government in that territory, and to reaffirm to the White House Cuba’s willingness to protect the sovereignty of Cuban land at any necessary cost.
