Guáimaro, January 24th - In the easternmost territory of Camagüey, political and ideological work with the new generations is being intensified, aiming to ensure the active participation of youth in the various areas of society. The strategy is carried out without rigid schemes or dogmas, fully aligned with the current principles of the Cuban Revolution.
Authorities in the educational sector are strengthening links between schools, families, and community actors. At the same time, vocational training is being promoted, with priority on agricultural careers, adapted to the socioeconomic particularities of the territory.
Professional guidance, designed individually for each student, responds to the demands of the society in which they are embedded. In this sense, the Union of Young Communists (UJC), aware of the existing challenges, calls for actions that allow for better use of human capital and, consequently, an effective boost to the comprehensive development of the country.
During recent meetings, debates were held on the necessary measures to motivate active teachers, assist recent graduates, and consolidate the teaching vocation in professional training.
