Guáimaro, February 18th - Around 7:00 p.m. this Tuesday, a major traffic accident occurred near Cascorro, at the place known as La Chusmita.
The incident involved the Guáimaro Medibus, which collided with another vehicle.


The injured received first aid at the Cascorro polyclinic.
Obstetricians, surgeons, radiologists, intensivists, specialists in Internal Medicine, Orthopedics and Traumatology, and from the blood bank, as well as public health officials in the area, are at the Armando Enrique Cardoso regional hospital to assess the condition of the injured and provide the necessary assistance.
Local leading officials arrived at the accident site, while the competent authorities from the Ministry of the Interior (Minint) are investigating the causes of the incident.
So far, no fatalities have been reported.
