November 2025 - Educators in Guáimaro are diligently strengthening the educational work in schools and communities throughout this territory in Camagüey, planting seeds of learning that accompany students in their development for life.
In the "Educate Your Child" program, as well as in early childhood circles, primary schools, basic secondary schools, pre-university institutions, university branches, and adult centers, essential teachings are conveyed that go beyond textbooks: values, discipline, and practical knowledge that prepare students to face the future with confidence.
With patience and dedication, teachers instill habits of good education and citizenship. They also rescue the historical memory of the locality and the country, guiding students in the teaching of sciences and humanities. Additionally, they provide timely guidance to young people regarding their professional vocations, opening pathways toward careers that will shape their futures.
In each educational collective, faculty members involve parents and family members in the teaching process, convinced that the school-family partnership is key to achieving satisfactory academic results.
Among the most notable actions are the participation of parents in meetings, the presence of neighbors at school events, and home visits to students' houses, accompanied by members of school councils and community guides. All of this strengthens the bond between the school, the family, and the community.
These efforts are complemented by assessments and characterizations of students, personalized attention for those who need the most support, and the implementation of educational strategies within groups. The goal is clear: to improve student behavior, raise their grades, and ensure a comprehensive education that transforms them into responsible citizens fully prepared for the challenges of society.
