May, 2026.- Dagoberto Melaneo Arman Acosta, Master in Health and Disaster, characterized his work by discipline, responsibility, dedication, and maintained a professional ethical attitude both with the Guatemalan staff and with the rest of his companions from the Cuban medical brigade.
He demonstrated extensive knowledge in the field of entomology and gave lectures on food handling, achieving an improvement in the health situation of the population.
He participated prominently in the activities developed in the housing and maintained a spirit of dedication in any assigned task. He worked on water sample collection, epidemiological surveillance studies on polio, and animal vaccination.
During the mission, he stood out for a revolutionary attitude under the ethical, political, and moral principles of an internationalist collaborator.
