February, 2026. – Visiting the place where I spent my high school years was not only a source of pride but also an intimate journey into nostalgia. Every corner brought back images of cherished friendships, wise teachers who planted lights along my path, and honorable workers whose example marked an unrepeatable era. Those days, woven with learning and affection, remain intact in my memory like pages that refuse to be erased.
Walking through those spaces is to reconnect with youth, with the innocence of first dreams and the strength of hopes that then seemed infinite. It is feeling that time cannot erase the mark of those who accompanied us in our formation because every word, every gesture, and lesson became the root of who we are today.
More than a memory, returning to the Levantamiento de Jucaral Pre-University Institute, now transformed into an institution dedicated to training the region's future mid-level technicians and skilled workers, is a certainty: life is built on those moments that once seemed ordinary and now reveal their greatness. There I learned that education is not only knowledge but also humanity, solidarity, and commitment. For this reason, returning is to embrace the essence of what was lived, to be grateful for what was received, and to recognize that nostalgia, far from being sadness, is a tribute to the past that sustains us.
