Dec, 2025.- The Federation of Secondary Education Students (FEEM) in Guáimaro proudly and joyfully celebrates today the 55th Anniversary of its founding. This is not just a date marked on the calendar: it is the reaffirmation of a mission that renews itself every day, with students who put their heart, energy, and dedication into their education, fully aware that Cuba’s future is built from the classrooms.
More than 600 young people from Polytechnic, Labor, and Pre-University education programs, organized into four student groups, responsibly embrace the primary duty of a student: to study. They do so with the natural strength of youth, convinced that every class, every practical lesson, and every challenge is a step toward the dreams they strive to achieve.
Enthusiasm vibrates in every space: the Nursing students, those at the Levantamiento de Jucaral Polytechnic, and the Roberto Coco Peredo and Asamblea de Guáimaro Pre-University groups. There, academic preparation, political education, and the vocation of those aspiring to teaching careers are strengthened, while others enter working life as skilled laborers and mid-level technicians, contributing to the country’s development.
The challenges are constant, but so is the will to overcome them. FEEM works day by day to consolidate discipline, ensure the correct use of school uniforms, eliminate any trace of fraud, and guarantee mass participation in educational, cultural, and sports activities.
The new generation of Guáimaro youth, proud of their history and aware of their role in the present, shows that FEEM is a space for growth, shared dreams, and commitment to the nation. In every classroom, stage, and project beats the certainty that the future of the largest of the
