Guáimaro, Dec. 8 – Crop rotation is an agricultural practice with ancient roots that involves alternating different plant species in the same plot according to a planned sequence. This method, far from being a simple tradition, has established itself as a fundamental strategy to ensure the sustainability of modern agricultural systems.
