During these days of celebrations as part of Cuba's cultural event, a painting exhibition at the Guáimaro Art Gallery invites and moves.
Didier Llanes Rodríguez, from Sibanicú, presents his works for the first time in the easternmost municipality of Camagüey.

The "Retrospective" exhibition will engage the public for two months through eleven paintings and drawings on canvas, in oil and acrylic, conceived in a three-dimensional planimetric format using impressionist and surrealist techniques.
Pablo Andrés Muñoz Fernández, a technical specialist and cultural promoter, explains that some of the pieces stand out for their multiple forms composed solely in pencil, with different shades of chiaroscuro; while others stand out for their polychrome finish.

Regarding the exhibition by the visual artist from Sibanicu, as part of Cuban Culture Day, the prominent Guaimaro sculptor and painter Luis Lorenzo Gondres Migüel comments that the proposal celebrates memory, identity, and the commitment to continue building from creation.
“Let every visitor, whether a pioneer or an adult, take with them not only the image, but also the emotion and thought that art awakens,” said Gondres.
