Guáimaro, Nov 8.- The Sports Combined located in the Cascorro popular council of Guáimaro transformed into an ideal setting for the organizational meeting of the municipal event in honor of November 19, National Day of Physical Culture and Sports.
The meeting aimed to fine-tune every detail of the celebration, which will be dedicated to recognizing the perseverance and effort of coaches, athletes, and workers in the Guáimaro sports movement.
Beyond logistics, those present at the conclave, including directors, methodologists, and activists in the sector, highlighted the importance of this date on the island's calendar, as the day dedicated to celebrating Sports and Physical Culture constitutes a space to exalt the values that have historically accompanied the Cuban people: discipline, solidarity, dedication, and collective spirit.
The meeting emphasized how sports, in addition to being a practice for physical well-being, also represents a pillar in the formation of generations, in promoting healthy habits, and in building a cultural identity that transcends borders.
With enthusiasm and commitment, the workers of the National Institute of Sports, Physical Education, and Recreation (INDER) in Guáimaro take on the responsibility of hosting this commemoration as a true tribute to the passion and dedication of those who make sports development possible.
