Guáimaro, Aug 21.- What appeared to be a summer break at the Municipal University Center (CUM) Guáimaro turned out to be a period of preparation with the goal of raising the quality of professional training.
This was reaffirmed this Thursday by two instructors from the local institution, who presented their exercises for the Assistant Professor teaching category before a tribunal of doctors and masters in Sciences from the area, endorsed by the Department of Primary Education of the Faculty of Pedagogical Sciences of the "Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz" University of Camagüey.
Darianne Palomares Suárez and Rodolfo Álvarez Domínguez demonstrated mastery of the content and didactics, while also evidencing the strengths of the methodological work at the Guáimaro university campus.
This constitutes the first exam of its kind conducted by higher education specialists in the territory, an aspiration turned into reality in line with the University's strategy to decentralize processes toward the municipalities, amidst a complex scenario caused by fuel shortages in the country and the intensification of the energy, economic, and financial blockade by the United States government against Cuba.
